Industrial visit for Students of B.Tech Program to GNA Duraparts Ltd

Faculty of Engineering and Technology has organized industrial visit for Students of B.Tech Program to GNA Duraparts Ltd. Students get the knowledge & exposure to the manufacturing process followed for gears and components used in Automobile Industry.

Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM)

Students getting knowledge about Digital Manufacturing processes i.e.; Generate CNC tool path, Cutting Parameters, Machine Parameters, Cutting Tool Parameters, Tool Path verification, on PDC and Plastic Mold dies and Function of different manufacturing operation like Roughing, Rest Roughing, Semi-finishing, Finishing & also get overview about Modern Machine Tools and cutting Tools.

Delivering value in Real world

Mr. Sandeep Toor- CE, Hawkins Cookers Ltd delivered guest Lecture to the Students of Faculty of Engineering and Technology. He shared his views on topic delivering value in Real world and discussed live examples with the students to enhance the value students have interactive session with Mr. Sandeep Toor and put forward their queries on the same. The Session gave learning experience to the students with live industry related examples. Students enjoyed and learned from the experience of the guest speaker.

Digital Poster Making Competition

Digital Poster Making Competition was organized by Faculty of Communication & Media on the Occasion of Republic Day. 50 Students of B.SC AMT Participated in the Event. Among the Participants Team of Kartik Arora & Ranveer Singh won the 1st Prize. Team of Aanchal & Anshu Aggarwal won the 2nd Prize & Ayub Khan won the 3rd Prize. 

Students of Faculty of Hospitality interacted with celebrity chef Harpal S Sokhi and learnt variety of Chinese food recipes

Orientation Class

The new batch of faculty of Design and Innovation(CAD/CAM) ,Welcome to GNA University

First phase orientation class has been started. Students got the knowledge about GNA Group, GNA University, Course Content, University rules & regulations and route plan for their six months journey.

Seminar on Reverse Engineering and 3D Scanning Process

Mr. S P Sharma (MD, Creative Tools Pvt. Ltd. Noida ) conducted seminar on Reverse Engineering and 3D Scanning Process to current CAD/CAM students in GNA university. He has 30 year experience in the field of design and development that he has done for different industries. 

He has rich experience of 3D white lighting scanning, Reverse engineering. More than 100 students attended Seminar and got knowledge on live project work for 3D scanning & Reverse engineering process.
